Villegas' Victory at Bermuda Championship
Camilo Villegas won in Bermuda with a final score of -24, marking his first win since 2014 and tying the tournament scoring record. Villegas was coming off a tie for second last week, his previous best finish of the year, and kept the momentum going. He fired a bogey-free 65 to finish with a two-shot victory, and he leaps from No. 147 to 75 in the FedEx Cup.
Alex Noren secured the runner-up spot and made his fourth cut in a row. Noren continues a strong fall season after finishing tied for third at the Shriners in October.
German golfer Matti Schmid earned a third-place finish, his best finish on the PGA tour, jumping from No. 148 to No. 120 in the FedExCup standings.
Adam Scott and Ryan Moore shared the fifth spot, with Scott making a splash in his first Bermuda appearance and Moore achieving his best result since 2021.
Max Homa Clinches Nedbank Golf Challenge Title
Max Homa wraps up the win in South Africa after shooting all four rounds in the 60s. Homa finished his final round front nine with an eagle at the par-five ninth hole, giving himself a comfortable lead, ultimately leading to a 4-shot victory.
Homa now has two wins and twelve top 10s in 2023 with just over $11 million in earnings.
Danish player Nicolai Hรธjgaard settled for second with a bogey-free 68, ending four strokes behind.
Thorbjรธrn Olesen, despite an impressive early charge matching Homa initially, made three bogeys in his final nine holes, taking third.
Justin Thomas and England's Dan Bradbury made significant strides to round out the top five spots with strong performances.
Lilia Vu Triumphs at The ANNIKA
Lilia Vu notches her fourth LPGA Tour victory this year with a record-breaking 19-under par at The ANNIKA.
Vu shot an 8-under 62 on Saturday to put herself in a position on Sunday and then chased down 54-hole leader Emily Kristine Pedersen with a final-round 66. It was an impressive four days for Vu, who now heads to the CME Group Tour Championship slightly behind Celine Boutier in points.
Another UCLA star finished strong as Vu's fellow alum Alison Lee shared runner-up with Azahara Munoz.
Saturdayโs leader, Emily Kristine Pedersen, tumbled to a tie for fifth after a challenging final day, carding two bogeys and a double.
Ben Campbell Seals Victory at Hong Kong Open
Ben Campbell of New Zealand won his first Asian Tour event with a clutch birdie on the final hole. Campbell's victory comes as a poignant moment, overcoming past injuries and a challenging start to clinch a breakthrough win. The last Kiwi to win the Hong Kong Open was Frank Nobilo 26 years ago.
Australian Cam Smith edged into second by just one stroke after a final round of 68. Smith started his final round back nine with two birdies but couldnโt find another birdie on the last seven holes and lost to Campbell by one.
Phachara Khongwatmai of Thailand ended two shots off the lead in the third, following a costly double bogey on the 16th. Canadian Richard Lee also tied for third with a stellar finish, making seven birdies en route to a 64.
Andy Ogletree earned a spot in next yearโs LIV Golf League as the winner of The International Series Order of Merit.
