The second fall event on the PGA Tour ended with some drama, which saw Ben Griffin lose his one-shot lead by bogeying the 18th hole and bringing back the four players tied behind him. The five-person playoff lasted only one hole where Luke List drained a massive forty-foot putt to birdie the difficult 18th hole at the Country Club of Jackson.
The playoff included two Swedish players, Ludvig ร berg and Henrik Norlander. ร berg didnโt let the jetlag from Rome phase him with a tie for second and all four rounds in the 60s. For Norlander, it has been a tough season, finishing 141st in the regular FedEx Cup standings, and the second-place finish marks his first top 10 of the year. He will need another couple of good showings this fall to improve his status for 2024.
DP World Tour - Alfred Dunhill Links Championship
A rain-soaked Saint Andrews proved unplayable over the weekend, with the Dunhill Links moved to a Monday finish with only 36 holes completed so far.
Fresh off the Ryder Cup win in Rome, Matt Fitzpatrick leads by one stroke over Grant Forrest and Nacho Elvira with the third round starting again Monday.

Asian Tour - International Series Singapore
David Puig won convincingly in Singapore with a five-shot victory at Tanah Merah. The LIV golfer shot a 64, the low round of the tournament, to start the week and never looked back, following it up with a pair of 66s. He had a nine-shot lead on Sunday, and a comfortable closing round 73 was more than enough to lock up his first win on the Asian Tour.

LPGA - The Ascendant
Hyo-Joo Kim won by four shots on the LPGA tour at Old American Golf Club in Texas. Kim had been having a solid 2023 season with nine top 10s across the LPGA and KLPGA, and now adds a win. Her first-round 64 set the tone for the tournament with an early two-shot lead, and she credited her hot putter for the success.
Korn Ferry Tour Championship
Paul Barjon won the finale on the Korn Ferry Tour by three shots over Fabian Gomez. Barjon had won earlier in the year on Korn Ferry Tour in July and this win moved him to 8th on the final points list to secure his PGA Tour card for next year.
The Korn Ferry Tour final was the last chance for players to move inside the Top 30 and get a coveted spot on the 2024 PGA Tour.
Unfortunately for Shad Tuten, a two-stroke penalty given after his final round moved him outside the top 30. The penalty was assessed for playing from the wrong place because after a lift clean and place drop, Tutenโs ball rolled slightly away from its original position, and he failed to replace it.
