PGA Tour and LPGA - Grant Thornton Invitational
The LPGA and PGA Tour stars align in Naples, Florida, for the season-closing Grant Thornton Invitational. It's a unique mixed event with top players from both Tours.
There are 16 teams, including Nelly Korda teaming up with Tony Finau, Lexi Thompson with Rickie Fowler, and the young pair of Rose Zhang and Sahith Theegala.
Friday, the teams of two play a scramble; Saturday, alternate shot; and Sunday features a modified four-ball where players will switch balls after their drive.
The LPGA players have the home course advantage at Tiburรณn Golf Club. Lydia Ko, Lexi Thompson, and Charley Hull all have won at the course where the LPGA Tour Championship is played.
DP World Tour and Sunshine Tour - Alfred Dunhill Championship
Leopard Creek Country Club hosts the DP World Tour as players continue for the third week in South Africa. The defending champion is Ockie Strydom as he will go for another win in his home country at the Alfred Dunhill Championship.
The championship has seen legends like Ernie Els win and served as a lucky ground for South African champions.
After Dean Burmesterโs back-to-back wins, South Africans could make it a hat trick on home turf. Other top South Africans vying for the title will be Erik van Rooyen and Thriston Lawrence.
Beyond the greens, players and fans can experience the nearby Kruger National Park. It's golf and safari stars at the Alfred Dunhill Championship.
