DP World Tour and PGA Tour of Australasia - Australian PGA Championship
The DP World Tour offseason lasted all of 3 days, and we start with the 2024 season this week (in two continents!). Nicolai Hojgaard ended last season on a high note, and now we're off to a fresh start.
Cam Smith is set on trophy number four at the Australian PGA. He enters as the defending champion, winning last year by three shots, and looks to repeat this year. Smith mentions earning a spot in the Olympics in Paris in 2024 as extra motivation for a strong performance at the Australian PGA.
Min Woo Lee is another local favorite in the field. He brings a strong record at Royal Queensland with two top-5 finishes in the last two events at the course. Min Woo just got his PGA TOUR card after a strong season on the DP World Tour and will play 2024 in the US.
DP World Tour and Sunshine Tour - Joburg Open
The second European Tour event of the week is the Joburg Open at Houghton Golf Club.

The LET also has its season finale this week. Marbella's Real Club de Golf Las Brisas hosts the Andalucía Costa del Sol Open de España. Celine Boutier headlines the field and arrives second in the Race to Costa del Sol despite playing only five events.
