Tournaments This Week
Sony Open - The PGA Tour stays in Hawaii for the second week in a row. The first full-field event of 2023 will take place at Waialae Country Club in Honolulu. The field is headlined by Jordan Spieth and Tom Kim, with a total of 144 players teeing it up at the Sony Open. The purse for the event is $7.9 million.
Hero Cup - The European Tour is holding the inaugural Hero Cup in Abu Dhabi. The event is a team match play format held over three days with a team of Great Britain & Ireland facing off against Continental Europe. Friday offers fourball matches, Saturday are two sessions of foursomes, and Sunday is singles matches. There is no purse for the event.
